"I requested the help of KPF 6 months before my wedding, I knew I had a lot of work to do but Kevin helped me put together a plan of action! Kevin advised me on the best exercises to do at the gym to ensure that I was hitting my target areas. I felt one of my issues I needed to face to succeed was my eating habits, I am a fussy eater and often found myself eating the same things. Through doing a food diary, Kevin was able to provide me with advice and recipes which would aid my weight loss. I met with Kevin once a week where during these sessions he encouraged me to push myself but ensuring that I felt comfortable. When I first met Kevin I was a smoker and had never thought seriously about stopping, after 2 months I had the exercise bug so much that I knew I had to stop smoking to aid my recovery time. Spending time with Kevin and having his support has helped me immensely, when I have felt like giving up with my exercise he has been there to remind of why I wanted to do this. 6 months later I have lost almost 12 inches. Following the wedding I am going to continue my sessions with Kevin to help me lose even more inches!!!"
