WHY is this?  In our modern lives we now favour convenience over nutrition, often neglecting good nutritional foods and settling for a quick fix food option that is ready in 5 minutes when the microwave beeps!

HOW do you change this?  Let Kpf plan and prepare your dietary needs for you. We will ensure your diet includes all the main food types and ensure that you have all the essentials of a healthy, balanced diet. We will plan your portion amounts - as well as what and when to eat - around your lifestyle.

WHEN will this happen?  After your initial consultation, we will set you some realistic and achievable goals and devise an easy to follow daily nutritional plan for you with all your meals, snacks, and fluids throughout the day working around your lifestyle. Your plan will also include a shopping list, lots of recipes, meal times, portion amounts and lots of helpful hints and tips to stay focused along the way.
