initial consultation and Health & Fitness assessment

Each Personal Training session can vary from indoor,
gym based work to outdoor programs designed to suit
by Kpf, including cardio vascular fitness,
functional strength, core stability, muscular
endurance and flexibility and sport specific
programs.

DIET & NUTRITION:
Learn the essentials about a healthy, balanced
diet, including portion control and what and when to
eat. Kpf will help you to ensure all the main
food types are in your daily diet including plenty
of fruit and vegetables, proteins such as fish,
meat, occasional dairy foods, eggs, lentils and
starchy foods such as wholemeal cereals and pastas.
After your initial consultation, we will set you
some realistic, achievable goals and devise a daily
nutritional plan for you, working around your
lifestyle. Your plan will include a shopping list,
recipes, meal times, portion amounts and lots of
helpful hints and tips. Throughout your Kpf
plan we will help keep you on track and motivated to
reach your goals.
