What are kettlebells?
They are a cast iron,
ball-shaped weight with a
handle to the top which we
call the horns of the
kettlebell. It is claimed
the kettlebell originated
from Russia over a century
ago. The kettlebell is a
fantastic fitness tool and
is used today by a wide
range of people including
top athletes, sports clubs,
the military etc.
What benefits will they
have for me? They
will help you target more
muscle groups while you
train and, while doing this,
will help improve your
stability, core, CV fitness,
endurance, strength and
power.
